Thomas Lecomte.

Coach, racer and photographer. Born in Nice, in Baar since 2019.

I started on enduro and downhill bikes. Switzerland turned me to the road and the clock, where small numbers decide everything.

Coaching started at home. I coached Elena Hartmann informally in 2021 and 2022. Since October 2025 I coach her formally, as a pro gravel racer. Then came aero testing, and a small group of riders I coach one-to-one.

I still race, and I test on myself first: my own aero test, my own power files, my own bad days. In 2024 I finished 4th overall and 1st in my age group at the Villars UCI Gran Fondo qualifier. I know what a plan feels like when work wins the week.

Off the bike, I have led teams in business. That is where I learned to listen first, set one clear priority and follow it through. Coaching runs the same way.
